- Find a place and sit facing east with crossed legs.
- Place your hand on your thigh.

Three Stages Of meditation
Stage 1
- Inhale and exhale slowly.
- With each inhalation say in your mind “I am not the body”.
- With each exhalation say in your mind ” I am not my mind”.
- You have to repeat this process for 7 to 11 minutes.
Stage 2
- Utter a long ‘A’ sound just below the navel.
- Utter it loud enough so you can feel the vibration.
- Utter a long ‘A’ sound for 7 minutes with each exhalation.
Stage 3
- Sit for 5-6 minutes with upturned face. Keep focus between your eyebrows.
- You have to practice this thing for 12 to 18 minutes.
When you sit for the practice of isha kriya does not bring your attention to mind and body activity. You have to ignore everything which is going on in your mind and body. Every day do the isha kriya practice for 12 minutes and try to do it twice a day for 48 days or you can do it once a day for 90 days. Anyone can do this kriya and enjoy the benefits from it.

It is good to put the 2 hours of gap between the meal and the isha kriya practice or better to do the isha kriya on empty stomach. Try to find a peaceful room or a place where you can do this practice without any disturbance.
